Returns and exchanges

An unused part in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, quoting the order number or invoice.

Parts that have been fitted carry a shortened return window. Call the parts desk before you pull anything apart.

For rebuilt assemblies supplied with a core, the return window is 30 days from delivery and the part must be in the condition it arrived in. The return label ships with the assembly.

Core credit is issued within 30 days of the core arriving back at our shop.

Used parts are sold as-is. Returns are accepted for defects only, and freight is on us.
