FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions on fitment, condition, lead times and shipping. If yours is not here, the parts desk will answer it.

How do I confirm a part fits?

Send the model, the year and the machine serial. The serial is what settles it — the same part number can have been superseded between engine or transmission generations.

Do you sell OEM and aftermarket?

Yes. We quote original, aftermarket, rebuilt and used side by side. Aftermarket usually runs 35–40% below OEM with the same warranty period. Rebuilt comes with a core, a return label and a 30-day credit.

What are your shipping lead times?

Parts marked in stock ship within one to two business days. Special-order items and rebuilt assemblies ship in five to ten business days, with tracking emailed to you.

How does quoting work?

Quotes for in-stock parts go out the same business day. You choose the condition and quantity, we confirm the application, and you receive price with freight, lead time and warranty in writing.

Can I order directly from the site?

The site builds your parts list and sends the request to the parts desk. For large parts, rebuilt assemblies and core items, a technician closes the order with you — faster, and it prevents fitment errors.

Do you ship to Brazil and Latin America?

Yes. We ship to Brazil, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. International freight is quoted by the parts desk, with carrier options and Miami pickup available.

What does the P65 warning mean?

Some parts contain chemicals covered by California's Proposition 65. The warning appears on part pages where that requirement applies.

What is the warranty?

OEM and aftermarket parts carry 12 months or 2,000 hours. Rebuilt parts carry 6 months or 1,000 hours. Used parts carry 30 days or 250 hours. The warranty runs from the invoice date.
