Warranty by condition
Warranty follows the condition of the part. It starts on the invoice date and runs in months or operating hours, whichever comes first.
OEM and aftermarket
12 months or 2,000 hours. Covers material and manufacturing failure. It does not cover normal wear, damage from incorrect application, or failure caused by fluid contamination or deferred maintenance.
Rebuilt
6 months or 1,000 hours. Covers failure of the rebuilt component. The core must be returned within the window to keep the warranty.
Used
30 days or 250 hours, or the remaining life of the component. Covers component failure, not wear.
What the warranty excludes
Consumable wear — cutting edges, teeth and filters. Wear from overload or operation outside specification. Damage from unrecommended fluid. Failure of adjacent components that were not replaced at the same time.
